TERMS: Shipping + Returns
We ship our goods within the UK with Royal Mail. So it is a door-to-door delivery and requires that someone be on hand to sign for the goods on arrival.
If goods are determined to have been delivered by Royal Mail that will be considered the end of the transaction. We cannot consider such items for refunds or replacement.
If we receive an order with an incomplete or inaccurate address, we will not be responsible for any difficulty that arises with the delivery. We will not replace items that might result undelivered or lost as a result.
We do our best to ensure the packages are wrapped safely, but should any damage be incurred in transit, we will, of course take care to make good on any previous commitment.
European customers please note that our goods are VAT-exempt in the UK and ship with an IOSS number. Since Brexit some countries add a customs charge. Check with your national carrier. We will only refund items returned to us in good order.
To all customers: our goods are hand-made and the majority produced on demand. We do not fund the return shipping of items. If you choose to send any order back, be advised of this.
Items that are made to measure will not be considered subject to refunds or returns.
